Microblading is the latest technique in permanent eyebrow makeup. With a blade with 18 sterile needles in a manual pen, fine hairs are pigmented in the direction of hair growth between the first and second skin layer. The microblading hairstrokes technique is therefore a special permanent make-up technique that gives a beautiful and “natural look” to your eyebrows. As it were, imitation hairs are drawn in the skin with a color pigment in between the existing hairs, so that your eyebrows look “just” a bit more beautiful in shape and color, but also very natural.

Would you like a slightly more permanent solution for your eyebrows? Have you always dreamed of beautiful, full eyebrows? Then a microblading treatment is definitely worth considering.

Microblading is a new technique in which we can use hairstrokes to give the eyebrows the perfect, full shape, which still looks very natural. It is a semi-permanent treatment, which means that after about 1.5 years the hairstrokes are no longer visible. This allows the shape and color to be adjusted annually, in line with eyebrow trends.

Method

Before the treatment starts, your wishes will be discussed in detail and the stylist will explain the entire procedure of the treatment. She then proceeds to drawing the eyebrows, of course taking into account your wishes and the shape of your face. Only after you are satisfied with the pre-drawn eyebrows will she start with the effective treatment. During the treatment, hygiene and safety come first, which is why we fully follow the GGD guidelines.

The treatment takes 2 to 2.5 hours and is virtually painless. You must come back within 6 weeks for a touch-up treatment (included in the price).

If you wish to make an appointment for a treatment, there must be at least 48 hours in between. This way we can provide you in time with all precautionary measures that you must take at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.

Care

The right aftercare is at least as important as the treatment itself. Your stylist will discuss the correct aftercare guidelines with you in detail and give you all the tips to enjoy your beautiful new eyebrows for as long as possible.

The first 72 hours after the treatment you should keep the eyebrows dry and especially cover the first night with plastic wrap for protection. You should also apply a thin layer of Vaseline every 2 hours.

After 72 hours, up to and including 7 days after the treatment, you can gently wash the eyebrows daily with a neutral soap and still apply a thin layer of Vaseline every 2 hours.
After 4-6 weeks the eyebrows are completely healed and the final result is visible.
